GMAT/GRE Tutor (Online)

Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct online GMAT/GRE classes based on the pre-determined schedule.
• Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on the needs of each student.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback on practice exercises or mock tests.
• Create additional teaching materials when necessary to support students' learning.
• Manage and facilitate online discussion forums to address students' questions.
• Assist students in designing individualized study strategies to achieve their specific target scores.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a GMAT/GRE Tutor.
• Prior experience teaching online is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMAT/GRE structure and content.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
• Expertise in result-oriented teaching methods.
• Proficiency in using online learning software such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Ability to analyze test results and provide specific, actionable feedback.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Patience, active listening skills, and the ability to build a supportive learning environment.
• Discipline, independence, and a strong focus on achieving results.
