We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the digital banking sector, who is looking for a Golang Backend Developer to join their agile and innovative engineering team.
- 🔧 Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend systems.
- ✅ Qualifications
- 2 Years - 5 years of hands-on experience as a backend developer (preferably with Golang).
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written), as the role involves communication with international stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure.
- Experience in handling or contributing to AI-related projects is a plus.
