JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative design concepts and layouts for fashion promotional campaigns and brand materials.
• Create engaging graphics for seasonal campaigns, advertisements, and marketing collateral across multiple channels.
• Direct and support product photo/video shoots, lookbooks, and high-quality fashion content creation.
• Oversee and manage creative visual assets for e-commerce, social media platforms, and retail store displays.
• Translate marketing goals into compelling, high-converting visual strategies.
• Design in-store signage, window displays, and point-of-sale (POS) promotional materials.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance high-resolution image assets and video content.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to maintain brand visual consistency.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, digital design techniques, and modern visual practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a refined visual taste, high design aesthetic, and modern conceptual skills.
• Passionate about staying updated with the latest design trends, visual aesthetics, and contemporary creative ideas.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage multiple visual projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and composition.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a strong plus.
• Positive attitude, highly creative, initiative-driven, and a strong team player.
• Experience working with luxury or premium brands is an advantage.
