Responsibilities

Create graphic designs including, but not limited to, posters, brochures, banners, infographics, illustrations, logos, product packaging, and other visual elements.

• Develop creative concepts and innovative ideas to visually communicate messages aligned with client or company needs.
• Select appropriate colors and typography that align with the Napocut brand and the design objectives.
• Optimize images and graphics for various media and purposes.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on current design trends and industry developments.

Responsible for photo retouching, manipulation, and visual enhancement to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent results across digital media (Digital Imaging).

Creates original illustrations and graphic elements that visually support brand identity and enhance marketing materials.

Designs website visuals with attention to aesthetics, usability, and brand consistency, collaborating with the UI/UX or development team for implementation (Web Design).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, either in a corporate setting or as a freelancer.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Family (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)

Proficient in Digital Imaging, Illustration, and Web Design, including asset creation, layouting, and visual optimization for digital platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients.
• High level of creativity and strong aesthetic sense.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
