- Deskripsi pekerjaan Graphic Designer Pixel Group
- We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative agency and work across different brands, campaigns, and projects.
You should have a good eye for design, enjoy exploring ideas, and be comfortable turning a brief into something visually interesting. Beyond creating clean layouts, we’d love someone who can bring an artistic touch to the work through simple illustrations, custom graphics, and expressive visual treatments.
- You don’t need to be a full-time illustrator—but being able to draw and create original visual elements is a strong advantage.
- What You’ll Do
- Develop design concepts and artwork for campaigns, social media, presentations, event graphics, and other brand materials.
- Create simple illustrations, icons, patterns, and custom graphic elements when a project calls for them.
- Work closely with the creative and account teams to understand briefs, contribute ideas, and refine designs based on feedback.
- Handle multiple projects, manage revisions, and deliver artwork within agreed timelines.
- Prepare accurate final files for digital use and print production, keeping your working files organised.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong design fundamentals. A portfolio that shows a good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and attention to detail.
- Confidence with design tools. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Basic illustration or digital drawing skills are highly preferred.
- Creative thinking and flexibility. Someone who can develop ideas beyond existing templates and adapt to different brands and visual styles.
- The ability to work under pressure. You should be comfortable handling tight deadlines, overlapping projects, and changing priorities while staying organised and maintaining the quality of your work.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude. Take ownership of your tasks, respond constructively to feedback, and communicate progress or potential delays early rather than waiting to be chased.
