- What You’ll Do
- Create original 2D illustrations, characters, and visual assets for digital and print materials (worksheets, activity books, wall graphics, social media posts, parenting guides, stickers, classroom decorations, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a consistent, joyful visual identity/illustration style guide for KinderKloud and KinderKlub.
- Produce marketing collateral: Instagram/Facebook carousels, Reels thumbnails, email newsletters, event banners, and merchandise designs.
- Prepare print-ready files and work with vendors for large-format printing (wall murals, play-zone signage, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Visual Communication Design
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a 2D designer/illustrator (experience in children’s brands, edtech, publishing, or toy companies is a big plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing
- Cute, colorful, child-friendly character design & illustration
- Ability to draw in multiple styles (especially soft, whimsical, and modern-flat styles)
- Layout skills for worksheets, books, and social media
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Procreate skills are welcome)
- Adobe After Effects (must be comfortable creating character animation, kinetic typography, and educational explainer videos)
- Premiere Pro or similar video editing software (cutting, sound design, color grading)
