ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creative Design & Asset Production
• Create and adapt digital assets, social media content, and campaign visuals across multiple brands and platforms.
• Utilize AI-powered creative workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and asset production.
• Design high-quality visuals for brand campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all creative assets are visually engaging, platform-optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Content Studio Operations

Work as part of the agency's Content Studio — a dedicated production hub delivering always-on, high-volume creative content for multiple brands simultaneously.

• Build and maintain templated design systems that allow fast, consistent adaptation of creative across formats, platforms, and brands.
• Manage content calendars and production pipelines to ensure on-time delivery of Studio outputs.
• AI-Powered Creative Workflows

Integrate AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar generative platforms) into daily design workflows to accelerate ideation, concepting, and asset production.

Use AI for rapid prototyping, background/image generation, copy variation, and creative iteration — while maintaining brand quality and human creative judgment.

• Explore and pilot new AI-powered tools and plugins to continuously improve Studio efficiency and output quality.
• Document and share AI workflow best practices with the wider design team to help scale AI adoption across the Studio.
• Creative Execution & Optimization
• Deliver high-volume creative assets while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Adapt existing campaign materials into multiple formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI creative tools, and emerging digital content formats.
• Maintain organized design files and contribute to the continuous improvement of creative production workflows.
• Support fast turnaround requirements while ensuring all deliverables meet agency quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

To succeed as a Graphic Designer at TBWA\Group Vietnam, you should combine strong visual design skills with efficiency, adaptability, and a passion for emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency, creative agency, in-house marketing team, or content studio environment.

Proven experience creating digital, social media, and campaign assets across multiple brands, ideally in a high-volume/always-on content setting.

Experience working with AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows is highly preferred.

A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social content, branding, and e-commerce creative work — bonus points for examples of AI-assisted or AI-enhanced projects.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; motion design or basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar creative technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative quality and meeting tight deadlines — a strength for high-output Content Studio work.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve creative output through AI-augmented workflows.
