- We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly ethical
- Group Accountant
to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Operations
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Verify outlet sales and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform daily cash, bank, and POS reconciliations across multiple restaurant outlets.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero and other approved accounting systems.
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare journal entries, general ledger postings, and monthly financial statements.
- Monitor and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support payroll reconciliation and other finance-related reporting.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Tax & Compliance
- Assist with Indonesian tax reporting, including PBJT (Restaurant Tax), PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), and other applicable tax obligations.
- Ensure compliance with company financial controls, accounting policies, and applicable regulations.
- Safeguard confidential financial and business information.
- Process Improvement
- Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work closely with Operations and Management to improve financial accuracy, reporting, and internal processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and financial controls.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-branch business environment is preferred.
- Experience preparing monthly financial statements and supporting month-end closing.
- Good understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience with Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with DJP Online, e-Faktur, and Indonesian tax reporting systems.
- Experience working with POS systems is an advantage.
- Working proficiency in English for reading documentation and preparing written reports, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
