- Alchemy Vegan Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
- Guest Experience Manager
- to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience while inspiring our front-of-house team to exceed expectations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and personalized dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards and implement continuous improvements.
- Train, coach, and develop team members in hospitality excellence.
- Collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor online reviews and work with the team to improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Analyze guest feedback and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Support promotional events and initiatives that enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Experience, Restaurant Manager, Front Office Manager, or Hospitality Management role.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations is an advantage.
