About the role
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Adiwana Warnakali Nusa Penida' in Nusa Penida, Bali. This is a contract role that will involve providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure our visitors have a memorable stay.
- What you'll be doing
- Greeting guests warmly and promptly upon arrival and departure
- Checking guests in and out efficiently and with a high level of customer service
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about the hotel's facilities, local attractions and activities
- Assisting guests with luggage, transportation and other concierge services as needed
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the front office area
- Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards
- What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with hotel front office operations and procedures
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to drive will be prefer
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
