GrowEd Learning Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our growing team. If you have a strong command of English and a genuine interest in helping students learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• -Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels
• -Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with the curriculum
• -Monitor and evaluate students' progress, and provide constructive feedback
• -Create a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment
• -Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' development
• -Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required

Requirements

• -Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in English Education, English Literature, or a related field
• -Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• -Prior teaching experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• -Patient, creative, and able to engage students of different learning styles
• -Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• -Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• -Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK)
