- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in consulting, business development, or a role that demands strong analytical thinking.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to identify the root of client needs and formulate targeted solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and pitching to corporate clients.
- Able to produce proposals and presentation materials to a high standard, both in terms of content and visual quality.
- Results-oriented; comfortable working with clear revenue targets.
- A genuine interest in HR solutions, training and development, and consulting.
Based in the Jabodetabek area and willing to work on a hybrid basis.Resilient, fully committed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high workload.
Deskripsi pekerjaan
Serve as the first point of contact from the Talent Solution side following Business Development handoff, ensuring prospective clients understand the value of the company's solutions and reach the buy-in stage.
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand client requirements across Corporate Training, Recruitment, Assessment, and Consulting.
- Develop high-quality proposals and pitch decks tailored to each client's specific needs and context.
- Present solutions to clients persuasively to secure agreement and initiate project engagement.
- Work closely with the Business Development team and Project Manager to ensure a smooth handover from the sales phase to implementation.
- Actively contribute to the Talent Solution team's revenue targets as a primary key performance indicator.
- Stay current with trends in HR Tech, corporate learning, and consulting to strengthen the quality of client advisory
