General Requirement & Responsible
- Join immediately
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role in a 5-star restaurant, hotel
- Strong expertise in handling high-quality seafood, including proper storage, hygiene, and food safety
- Excellent knife skills with precise and consistent food presentation
- Able to manage a kitchen section independently and efficiently
- Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Capable of monitoring stock levels, minimizing waste, and supporting inventory management
- High attention to detail with a passion for authenticity and quality in Western & Nusantara cuisine
- Creative, disciplined, and committed to delivering high-quality dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and train junior chefs and kitchen assistants
- Time Management efficiency
