- Understanding of Western kitchen standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
- Good English communication skills.
- Good leadership, self-control, and good manners.
- Qualified to manage a quality kitchen, control cost breakdown and waste.
- Able to minimize kitchen problems.
- Ability to work well within a team and train them well.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Clean, organized, and punctual. Super Important!
- Responsible and committed to their role.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
