- Head Dermatologist (Sp.DVE) — Face Lab Klinik Utama, Uluwatu

We are seeking a Head Dermatologist to serve as Penanggung Jawab (PJ) and clinical lead for this flagship site — someone who will define our medical standards, lead the injectable/laser treatment program, and represent the clinic to Dinkes and regulatory bodies.
About the Role
As Head Dermatologist, you will hold formal medical responsibility for the clinic under Permenkes 11/2025’s Klinik Utama classification. This is a senior clinical leadership role — you set protocols, oversee treatment quality, and act as the qualifying specialist that allows the clinic to legally deliver advanced aesthetic medicine.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Penanggung Jawab (PJ) / Kepala Klinik for the Uluwatu location, in accordance with STR/SIP and Permenkes requirements.
Perform and directly oversee aesthetic procedures: Botox, dermal filler, threadlift, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other advanced skin interventions.
Set and enforce clinical protocols, treatment SOPs, and safety standards across the medical team.
Train, supervise, and mentor supporting medical/aesthetic staff (general practitioners, nurses, cosmetologists) on scope-of-practice boundaries.
Manage patient consultations, treatment planning, and complication/escalation protocols.
Support regulatory compliance: Sertifikat Standar renewal, Dinkes inspections, accreditation timeline, SATUSEHAT electronic medical records integration.
- Collaborate with clinic management (Head Manager, pharmacist, operations) on treatment menu design and equipment procurement.
- Contribute to client-facing education content (treatment explainers, safety information) alongside the marketing team.
- Required Qualifications
- Sp.DVE (formerly Sp.KK)
- board-certified Dermatology, Venereology & Aesthetics specialist, graduate of a recognized Indonesian medical faculty.
- Active
STR
(Surat Tanda Registrasi) and willingness to obtain
SIP
- (Surat Izin Praktik) specific to the Uluwatu facility.
- Demonstrated clinical experience in injectables (Botox, filler), threadlift, and laser-based procedures.
- Comfortable acting as the named medical PJ of record for licensing and inspection purposes.
- Fluent Indonesian; professional working English for team and management communication.
- High standard of patient care and safety consciousness in a premium clinical/retail environment.
- Strong Plus
- Prior experience opening or licensing a new Klinik Utama site.
- Familiarity with HydraFacial, LED photobiomodulation, or other non-invasive skin technologies.
- Experience training or supervising junior medical/aesthetic staff.
- Additional languages (English, Russian, Korean).
