Head of Corporate Secretary

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Law, or related fields.
• Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience, including experience in supervising teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge and able to conduct compliance of the company according to the capital market law and regulation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assist in maintaining good communication with the capital market authority, press, public and investors.
