• Job Responsibilities
• Project Investment Appraisal & Development

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, investment financial modeling and full-lifecycle management for overseas photovoltaic (PV) projects across Southeast Asia. Carry out in-depth research on local regulatory policies, land resource verification and environmental impact assessment to ensure compliant project execution aligned with local market demands. Calculate capital requirements for each project, design financing frameworks and coordinate end-to-end capital delivery support.

Project Delivery & Full Lifecycle Management

Oversee the complete lifecycle of PV projects, including project initiation, pre-development, construction and post-construction operation & maintenance. Liaise with local governments, energy authorities, industry associations and business partners to sustain sound government-enterprise relations, and secure policy incentives and critical project resources. Lead negotiations for land leasing, environmental permit applications, technical solution validation and all administrative approvals to make sure on-time commissioning and handover of power stations.

Financing & Stakeholder Partner Management

Formulate and execute project financing plans. Collaborate with local overseas teams to diversify financing channels, including bank loans and institutional equity investment. Maintain long-term relationships with investors, financial institutions and all relevant stakeholders to drive smooth project implementation.

Market Expansion & Policy Analysis

Monitor global new energy industry policies and market dynamics to iteratively adjust overseas PV development strategies. Identify new investment pipelines and emerging target markets for solar assets. Conduct rigorous ongoing market analysis and deliver regular industry outlook reports.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and manage the investment & development team, establish a robust organizational framework, and oversee the schedule, cost control and construction quality of all projects to ensure on-time, cost-effective and high-quality delivery.

• Job Requirements
• Proven hands-on experience working for established investment platforms or investment funds, with comprehensive expertise in both equity and debt financing. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the new energy sector, with a track record of delivering investment and financing projects totaling no less than USD 100 million.
• Bilingual proficiency: Native Chinese speaker with fluent professional English for daily business operations.
• Direct practical experience developing PV projects in Southeast Asia; candidates with deep market exposure in Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand will be prioritized.
• Track record of establishing joint ventures and executing M&A transactions, with full-cycle investment experience covering deal sourcing, due diligence, investment execution and exit.
• Exceptional business communication, negotiation and cross-functional coordination capabilities. Strong market analysis acumen with sharp insight into industry trends and viable investment opportunities.
