REQUIREMENTS
- Manage internal transfers in Odoo for offline stores and consignee operations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory supplies and materials.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth product distribution and deliveries.
- Monitor, control, and optimize inventory levels across warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular stock counts (stock opname) to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure all inventory records are accurately maintained and updated in the Odoo system.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise the inventory team to ensure daily operations run effectively and efficiently.
# RESPONSIBILITY
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and inventory management best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
