Head of Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Company's risk management, legal, and compliance strategies to support sustainable business growth and strong corporate governance.

Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments for business operations, corporate initiatives, and key decision-making processes.

Develop, review, and enhance corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Lead enterprise risk management activities, including risk identification, mitigation planning, monitoring, and reporting to senior management.

Manage corporate legal matters, including licensing, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, and corporate actions.

Build a culture of integrity, compliance, and risk awareness by collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring the Risk Management, Legal & Compliance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
• Minimum
• 7 years
• of experience in Corporate Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, or Corporate Governance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.
• Experience in legal drafting, licensing, litigation, and corporate governance.
• Professional certification in Risk Management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English.
