Head of Mechanic

• WE ARE HIRING – HEAD OF MECHANIC
• PT Sillomaritime Perdana Tbk is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Mechanic to join our Head Office team.

Requirements

✅ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

✅ Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marine engineering, ship maintenance, or vessel repair, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• ✅ Strong knowledge of marine diesel engines, propulsion systems, generators, pumps, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• ✅ Experienced in Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS), preventive maintenance, vessel repairs, and troubleshooting
• ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mechanical repair skills
• ✅ Experience in managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor supervision
• ✅ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ✅ Willing to travel and work onboard vessels or at shipyards when required
