Head of Medical Division

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Medical Services Division, including planning, evaluating, and overseeing service delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement policies, work programs, and strategic plans for the Medical Services Division, including staffing needs and service development initiatives

Maintain the security and confidentiality of medical records and hospital information, ensuring compliance with privacy standards

Coordinate and participate in meetings with hospital leadership and related departments, providing reports on division activities and performance

Supervise the utilization and activities of medical staff in departments such as OPD, MCU, emergency, and critical care, ensuring quality and efficiency

Provide guidance, performance evaluations, and recommendations for improvement, including resource planning and adherence to standard operating procedures (SPO) within the division

• About you
• Minimum of 5 years as a Medical Services Manager
• Certifications in Quality and Leadership
• Valid STR and SIP licenses
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or a related field
• Master's Degree in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management (MARS) preferred
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written
