Head of Paid Marketing

Own the paid marketing strategy and budget allocation across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and offline channels (OOH, TVC)

As a counterpart of the content squad to understand the business objectives and develop effective performance marketing strategies to achieve business and company goals.

Working closely with the specialist team on defining audience target, budgeting, and goal setting, in order to deliver expected metrics.

Working closely with the Data, Product, and Engineering team on tracking implementation, attribution accuracy, and measurement infrastructure.

• Manage relationships with ad platforms and vendor partners to improve the performances.
• Monitor, analyze, and do reporting of each campaign, in order to do improvement of the upcoming campaigns.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Manage and develop the Paid Marketing team by coaching and mentoring

Kualifikasi

Proven working experience (minimum 7 years) in media buying, both online & offline, both awareness & performance funnel.

Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc. Hands-on experience with Appsflyer (or other MMP) is required
