About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and reliable
- Healthy Cook & Baker
to work for a private household in Bali. The role focuses on preparing healthy meals, baked and grilled dishes, while ensuring the kitchen is well managed and dietary requirements are properly followed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy daily meals, baked goods, and grilled dishes according to dietary requirements.
- Apply good knowledge of nutrition and healthy meal preparation.
- Maintain the kitchen and ensure ingredients and supplies are properly managed.
- Purchase groceries and ingredients and accurately record food-related expenses.
- Communicate and coordinate in English regarding menus, ingredients, dietary needs, and expenses.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, Private Cook, or similar role.
- Experience with healthy cooking and baking is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Good English communication skills.
- Mature, responsible, organised, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Experience working in a private household, villa, or similar environment is an advantage.
