Deskripsi
- Organize consultant work and contractors according to their tasks to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Coordinate MEP consultants and contractors with architectural, interior, and structural consultants to avoid design conflicts.
- Review designs and calculations for MEP systems.
Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure proper integration of MEP systems with building structures and designs.
- Conduct drawing reviews
- with consultants related to MEP working drawings.
- Examine tender documents
- including technical requirements, drawings, and construction specifications to ensure compliance with budget and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Prior experience working with a
- property developer
- or
- design consultant
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment specifications.
- Placement at Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
