About the role

The first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. The Hostess manages guest reservations through Chope Booking, coordinates table seating, updates table status in Quinos POS, and works closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.

• Key responsibilities
• Monitor daily reservation schedules and table availability
• Confirm reservations when necessary
• Record guest special requests such as birthdays, anniversaries, dietary requirements, or special occasions
• Manage waiting lists during busy periods
• Update reservation status accurately and in real time
• Communicate reservation changes or cancellations to the service team
