- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries or complaints diplomatically and gracefully under pressure.
- Strong active listening skills to anticipate guest needs and remember regular guests' preferences.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in using digital restaurant reservation systems (such as Chope, OpenTable, EatApp, or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational skills to manage table turns, waitlists, and seating flows efficiently.
