Job Summary
Reload Sanctuary is seeking a friendly, professional, and well-presented Host/Hostess to welcome guests and create a positive first impression of the venue. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow while delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the Reload Sanctuary experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- arranged guests to their tables or designated areas
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating efficiently
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding venue services, promotions, and events
- Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and basic complaints professionally
- Support event operations and crowd management during busy periods
- Ensure all guests receive attentive and courteous service
- Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere within the venue
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess, Guest Relations, or Customer Service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant appearance and professional attitude
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, energetic, and service-oriented
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, beach club, or entertainment venues
- Familiar with reservation systems and guest handling
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
