About the role
PT. Kosmeindo Putra Mandiri is seeking a talented and engaging Host for our live streaming platform. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for hosting captivating live stream sessions showcasing our beauty products to a growing online audience. With a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, you will leverage your charisma, product knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive brand awareness and sales.
- What you'll be doing
- Plan, prepare, and execute engaging live stream sessions that highlight our diverse range of beauty products
- Demonstrate product features, application techniques, and provide expert advice to viewers in an informative and entertaining manner
- Foster a positive and interactive atmosphere, responding to viewer comments and questions in real-time
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and execute on-brand live stream strategies
- Identify and capitalise on emerging trends and customer preferences to tailor live stream content
- Closely monitor and analyse viewer engagement metrics to continuously improve the live stream experience
- What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a live stream host or presenter, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage an audience
- Strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Creativity and adaptability to develop innovative live stream content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance targets
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms and video production techniques.
- Willing to work in shift system.
