Responsibilities
- Monitor the Live Streaming Data Dashboard.
- Guide and direct hosts based on Live Streaming data analysis.
- Monitor Live Streaming equipment.
- Monitor and prepare Live Streaming dashboard reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment related to Live Streaming operations.
- Conduct live streaming sessions, introduce products, interact with audiences, and help drive sales and engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Experienced in directing Live Streaming hosts and analyzing Live Streaming data, especially on TikTok & Shopee.
Familiar with operating Live Streaming equipment, including cameras (mirrorless cameras: exposure triangle, focus, etc.), PCs, lighting equipment, and other related devices.
- Familiar with TikTok Live Studio/Desktop tools, especially Live Streaming tools and features.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
