BITTO is a modern Woodfire Social Grill in Berawa, Bali, offering a warm dining experience with premium woodfire cuisine and genuine hospitality. We are looking for a friendly and professional Hostess / Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to be the first impression of our restaurant and create memorable experiences for every guest.
- Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and introduce the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the Floor, Kitchen, and Bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist with VIP guests and special events when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and passionate about hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
