Deskripsi pekerjaan Hotel Reservation Agent PT. Bondar Loyo Management
Responsibilities
- Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent operations
- Processing reservation record in PMS
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide information about property amenities and local attractions
- Assisting guests who request additional services
- Up sale property services (including transfer, catering, F&B, events, etc)
- Answer all incoming calls
- Processing customer payments
- Maintain records and files
- Keeping the work place neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times
- Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment
