Masaya Trip is an innovative and rapidly growing travel enterprise with deep roots in core Southeast Asian markets, particularly Bali and the Philippines. We not only operate a robust local travel agency network but are also undergoing a profound digital transformation. Our customized internal ERP system features comprehensive multi-tier booking workflows and leverages cutting-edge AI models for automated hotel contract parsing. Currently, we are aggressively driving API integration with major hotel groups and channel managers. Join us to work alongside highly efficient technical and business teams in building a highly competitive, regionalized travel supply chain.
: Lead hotel sourcing efforts in target Southeast Asian markets (especially Bali and the Philippines). Negotiate directly with Directors of Sales (DOS) or Revenue Managers to secure highly competitive Net Rates, sufficient Allotments, and exclusive promotional policies.
: Persuade and guide partner hotels to grant access to their Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, D-Edge, etc.) or Direct APIs. Collaborate with our technical team to finalize the integration of real-time availability, inventory, and rates, facilitating the transition from static to dynamic distribution.
: Collect and review annual static PDF contracts from hotels. Ensure contract terms are clear and standardized so that our locally deployed AI models can smoothly read, extract data, automatically generate pricing tables, and seamlessly import them into our internal multi-tier booking workflows.
: Build and maintain deep relationships with key hotel partners. During peak seasons when resources are tight, leverage your connections and negotiation skills to secure additional room allocations or handle urgent, special booking requests.
: Continuously monitor hotel price fluctuations and competitor dynamics in target markets. Adjust sourcing strategies using data analysis (e.g., ADR, RevPAR metrics) to ensure sustained inventory advantages and profit margins.
: 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Sourcing/Market Manager at an OTA, DMC, or renowned B2B travel platform, or a strong background in international brand hotel sales/revenue management.
: Possess an extensive network of hotel contacts in core Southeast Asian markets (Bali, Philippines). Must be able to directly reach key decision-makers and quickly drive business results upon joining.
: Familiar with the logic of online travel distribution. Understand the basic operating mechanisms of mainstream Channel Managers and hotel PMS. Previous experience driving API integration projects is highly preferred.
: Embrace technological innovation. Capable of understanding and adapting to the operational standards of our internal ERP system and automated data extraction tools.
: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stress-management skills. Adept at finding and maximizing profit margins when dealing with major hotel chains.
: Fluent English is required as the primary working language for business negotiations. (Proficiency in Indonesian or Tagalog is a significant advantage).
