Job Description
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in all assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and any room damage to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Follow hotel SOPs and maintain excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
