Job Description
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace linen, towels, and other room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and other areas inside guest rooms.
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities.
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas when required.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or unusual conditions to the Housekeeping Leader/Management.
- Assist with room inspections and ensure rooms are ready before guest arrival.
- Handle guest belongings with care and follow hotel lost & found procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Housekeeping equipment and storage areas.
- Follow hotel SOPs for cleaning, hygiene, safety, and guest privacy.
- Support other Housekeeping duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Management.
Requirements
- Previous Housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of room cleaning standards.
- Physically fit and able to work efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Honest and trustworthy.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to follow SOPs and instructions properly.
