About the role

As Housekeeping Staff at Resting Koala Spa, you will be fully responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of all spa facility areas in accordance with company standard procedures. You will ensure every corner of the room remains hygienic and visually appealing.

• Key responsibilities
• Clean treatment rooms and maintain their hygiene standards
• Prepare and manage linens
• Provide and stock bathroom supplies
• Ensure all areas remain hygienic and visually attractive
• Collaborate with other team members to complete daily tasks efficiently
• Handle special guest requests promptly
• Assist with basic administration related to cleaning equipment inventory
• Support smooth operations without obstacles
• About you
• SMA or SMK education level
• One to three years of work experience (valued as an important asset)
• Skills in Customer Service, Hotel Cleaning, Teamwork, Housekeeping, Attention to Detail, Public Speaking, Communication, and Administration
• Meticulous, communicative, and ready to contribute to creating a comfortable atmosphere for guests
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
