What you’ll do
Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness, safety, and service standards
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and consistency in all areas
- Manage inventory, control chemical usage, and ensure proper handling and storage
- Oversee staff schedules, task assignments, and overall team performance
- Lead training sessions to maintain service quality, uphold hygiene compliance, and foster a motivated, efficient housekeeping team
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high end property
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Skilled in staff supervision, inventory control, and task coordination
- Detail oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining high-quality service under pressure
