- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Develop and maintain employee engagement, training, and organizational development programs.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees.
- Manage General Affairs activities, including office facilities, assets, licenses, vendors, security, and office services.
- Develop and control HR & GA budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and company administrative records.
- Lead and develop the HR & GA team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular HR & GA reports and provide recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, General Affairs, or a related managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Indonesian labor regulations, and general administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
