Qualifications
- Fluent in English (verbal & written) — Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, live commerce company, or e-commerce brand is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills — humble, friendly, approachable, and able to connect with both creative and corporate teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Empathetic yet decisive — able to maintain professionalism while fostering trust and respect across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
- Design and implement fair and competitive compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and project teams to support organizational growth.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business scalability in the digital and e-commerce landscape.
