HR Manager

• We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Management, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
• Possess relevant K3 certification and have a good understanding of K3 implementation in the workplace.
• Understand the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage and resolve employee relations and employment-related issues effectively.

As an HR Manager, you will have the following responsibilities

• Plan and manage the company’s human resource needs and employee development.
• Develop, implement, and supervise HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes in accordance with company regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee recruitment, employee development, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
• Ensure the implementation of K3 and HSE standards throughout the company’s operational activities.
• Identify workplace risks and coordinate preventive and corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle and resolve employee relations and employment issues professionally.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to support organizational development and create a productive, safe, and positive working environment.
