Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Ensure HRIS data integrity across employee records, attendance, shifts, and overtime.
• Coordinate with Production and Finance to validate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and support timely salary payments.
• Deliver payroll and workforce reports to support cost monitoring and management decisions.
• Supervise HR administration, address employee payroll inquiries, and strengthen process efficiency and data confidentiality.

Requirement

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field a related major
• Minimum 5 years of payroll and HRIS experience; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiar with shift-based payroll, attendance, and overtime calculations.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
• Honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to confidentiality.
• Willing to work and reside in Cikarang.
