About the role

• We are seeking an experienced
• Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

to join PT. Loye Home Material Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support and driving human capital initiatives that align with organisational objectives. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between HR strategy and business operations, ensuring that our people strategy directly contributes to achieving company goals.

• Key responsibilities
• Provide strategic human resources guidance and support to assigned business units and senior management teams

Partner with business leaders to understand their challenges and develop HR solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives aligned with business needs
• Manage employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Advise on organisational design, restructuring, and workforce planning to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and local regulatory requirements
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and change management initiatives
• Monitor and report on HR metrics, analytics, and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee wellbeing initiatives
• What we're looking for
• 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar HR advisory role within a commercial environment
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, and organisational development
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, particularly within Indonesia
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex HR challenges into practical solutions
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms, and HR analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (such as CIPD or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Experience in the materials, construction, or manufacturing industry would be advantageous
