HRD Staff

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented HRD Staff with strong communication skills to support the management of human resources within the company. This position is responsible for handling employee administration, recruitment processes, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are properly implemented and followed.

• Manage recruitment & onboarding process
• Handle HR administration & employee database
• Draft & review legal documents
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Handle internal HR-related matters

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Law / Psychology / HR Management
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in HRD or Legal
• Strong understanding of labor law & company regulations
• Experienced in recruitment & employee administration
• Able to draft & review contracts
• Detail-oriented, firm & communicative
