💡 Job Description

• Supervise the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the work areas.
• Coordinate safety inspections and ensure proper follow-up on inspection findings.
• Ensure all potential workplace hazards are identified, assessed, and properly controlled.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide safety guidance and awareness to employees and contractors.

🎯 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE-related positions.
• Proficient in hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA).
• Experienced in HSE inspections, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Familiar with Work Permit, Lockout Tagout (LOTO), and PPE compliance.
• Possess a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) certificate or other relevant HSE certifications.
• Experienced in customer audits and familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
