Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish and manage HSE documentation such as Work Permits, HIRADC, JSA, and monitor contractor activities to ensure full compliance.
- Supervise and ensure effective implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs at the site.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and oversee the implementation of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with management to define safety performance targets and monitor progress toward goals.
- Handle HSE-related government reporting, including SIMPEL, Festronik, RKL-RPL, PROPER, WTP, CR etc.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports and maintain all required documentation for internal and external audits.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies and external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for conducting regular safety patrols, Kaizen and managing the Safety Tenken process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Certified in HSE-related training (e.g., SMK3, AK3 Umum, First Aid, Fire Safety, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
- Proven ability to lead and manage PROPER initiatives, including achieving at least "Hijau" rating.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform thorough safety investigations, audits, and reporting.
