Job Descriptions

• Support the Human Capital General Manager in implementing the company's human capital strategy and operational
• Provide recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee performance
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs
• Assess organizational training needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Experience in a property or developer company is
• preferred
• Strong knowledge in
• Operational HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement
• Knowledge of Employment laws and HR compliance
• Ability to analyze HR data and prepare management reports
