Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred; good English communication skills are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Experience supporting business leaders and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in Klapanunggal, Bogor.
