What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree. While a degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an asset, candidates with degrees in any other fields and relevant HR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Has been exposed to all aspects of Organization management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
