• We're looking for a talented visual storyteller with a beautiful eye, strong technical skills and a genuine passion for fashion.

BaliStarz is one of Bali's longest-established model agencies, representing international talent and collaborating with fashion brands, photographers, advertising agencies and production teams from around the world.

As we expand our creative division, we're looking for an Indonesian photographer and videographer who can help us produce beautiful, contemporary visual content.

This is a hands-on creative role combining photography, videography, editing and content production.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Photograph models for digitals, portfolio updates and agency content.
• Film and edit professional model introduction videos and casting videos.
• Produce engaging behind-the-scenes footage, reels and social media content.
• Capture content during test shoots, castings and selected productions.
• Edit and colour-grade photography and video to a professional standard.
• Assist with lighting, composition, styling references and creative direction.
• Organise, catalogue and manage the agency's photo and video library.
• Work closely with our booking and creative teams to develop fresh content ideas.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across our agency's digital platforms.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Creative ability
• A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion photography.
• Excellent composition, lighting and colour.
• The ability to capture natural beauty, personality and movement.
• A contemporary understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video.
• Confidence directing models and helping them feel comfortable in front of the camera.
• Technical skills
• Confident using professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
