Influencer Marketing & Affiliate Specialist

Tanggung Jawab

Research and curate relevant influencers/content creators (nano to macro tier) in the health, nutrition, fitness, clean eating, and mom/family lifestyle space.

• Reach out, negotiate, and brief influencers on brand guidelines, campaign goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product and PR kit shipments (packing list, tracking, content follow-up).
• Build and manage the affiliate program (referral codes, commission structure, performance tracking).
• Monitor and report collaboration results (reach, engagement, conversion where trackable).
• Support social media PR: product seeding to media/communities, event gifting, and long-term KOL relationship management.

Kualifikasi

• Min. Diploma/Bachelor's degree, any major (Communications/Marketing is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR (agency or in-house at an F&B, consumer goods, or beauty brand).
• Existing network or familiarity with health & lifestyle KOLs is a strong plus.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing (discount codes, tracking links, commission).
• Strong communication skills, English required.
• Organized and detail-oriented, since the role juggles multiple moving parts: outreach, shipping, and content tracking.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines given the campaign-driven, fast-moving nature of the role.
