ABOUT THE PROGRAM
PRUElevate is a 6-month professional development program by Prudential Indonesia, built for candidates who want to build a second career in financial consulting — with clear performance targets, hands-on mentoring, and a real pathway to leadership (Agency Builder) for those who want to take it further.
The program is specifically open to professionals currently working in Supervisor, Manager, or equivalent roles who want to explore an additional income stream without leaving their current job first.
Development sessions are scheduled outside standard working hours (evenings and weekends).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a client portfolio in financial planning and protection (life & health insurance)
- Prospect and acquire new clients against monthly targets
- Complete a structured development program (training, coaching, mentoring) throughout the program period
- Meet monthly performance targets (Net APE, case count, attendance, persistency)
- Build competency in financial planning and consultative selling
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Currently employed; experience at Supervisor, Manager, or equivalent level is a strong plus
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, or an entrepreneurial background
- Based in Jakarta
- Strong growth motivation, openness to learning, and commitment to completing the 6-month program
WHAT WE OFFER
- Performance-based allowance of up to IDR 24 million over 6 months
- Sign-on bonus of up to IDR 8 million (terms and conditions apply)
- Sales commission per the applicable compensation scheme
- Intensive mentoring and coaching from experienced leaders (4x per month)
- Development schedule outside working hours (Wed & Fri evenings, Saturdays) — compatible with a full-time job
